Answer to Trivia

Veteran character actor John Slattery portrayed Ben Bradlee Jr. in the true story film Spotlight, which chronicled how the Boston Globe exposed child molestation in the Catholic Church. Interestingly, there are several connections between Spotlight and this week's new film The Post.

Not only do both films feature true events set within the newspaper industry, but they were both written by Josh Singer. There is also an interesting connection between the real-life characters portrayed in the two films.

In this week's The Post, Tom Hanks plays Ben Bradlee the father of John Slattery's Ben Bradlee Jr. Interestingly, there are only six years between the older Hanks and the younger Slattery.

The Post is now available of 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD.
